Amazon.com: Night Owl Optics Xgen Pro 3x Digital Night Vision Monocular: Sports & Outdoors On Sale
This thing works incredibly well. I had an old Russian made Gen1+ scope that finally gave up the ghosts on me; this thing works much better. Has three levels of IR illumination--works great on the lowest setting. Uses standard AA batteries and is well built.
Display is backlit LCD and clear enough; more like looking through a camcorder viewfinder than the traditional night vision scope with intensifier tube. More durable and won't be damaged by daylight.
All in all, for the price it's a great buy. A+
