Pros = small, lightweight, easy to use, lots of mounting possibilities with included hardware, comes with lithium batteries, good quality (720 x 480), inexpensive.
Cons = normal view (not a wide angle), cam must be mounted right side up for proper viewing.

Overall, a good camera for only $60. Kit came with several mounting devices that could be used in multiple ways. I bought it for mountain biking and it takes the bouncing quite well. If you are looking for a wide angle cam this is not it, only shoots at a 48 degree angle. Also, not sure how other cams handle this but if you want your video to be right side up the cam has to be mounted that way. Thought I could mount it on the side of my helmet and there would be some sort of utility to rotate the video 90 degrees, but that wasn't the case.

Bottom line is for $60 you can't beat it.
