Amazon.com: Bower Sfd728n Automatic Ttl Flash For Nikon I-ttl: Camera & Photo Review
I've had this flash for a few months or so now and it's been pretty good. The TTL isn't all that accurate, but with the camera in manual, I use the exposure bias to control the flash output and this has been working great because it goes from -5 to +5 with 0.3 increments, so there's a lot of variability. Also, just to point it out because it's not explicitly stated in the product description: there are no external manual controls on the flash itself, which means if you want to fire it wirelessly off the camera, it will always fire at full power. One way around this is to use a TTL cord to take it off the camera.
