The distributor have included some nice touches and this results in good value. You can believe this review, i hope you can try to buy this product if you want know this product. This filter works great until you get to the darkest 75% or so of its range if you have a wide angle lens. After that it makes dark spots come into view (as mentioned by another reviewer). After some research I found out that this is typical with any variable ND filter for wide angle lenses. I havent tried it on my other lenses because it doesnt fit. I ordered adapters so I'll update this review after I've tried it on a non-wide angle lens.
For the price however this is still a good deal and if I was using it on anything other than my 11-16 wide angle I'm sure I would have given it 5 stars because I would never have noticed the problem. So I'll get about 75% range on my wide angle or if I need to use the max dark end of its range I'll just switch lenses. For me this is still an advantage over having multiple filters to mess with. Maybe if I ever find a situation where I really need a wide angle and extra dark filter then I would just buy a regular non-variable ND filter. Until then this filter works great for me.
Update: Literally as I was writig the review above the mail man came with my adapter. It works perfectly on my 18-250 as long as its zoomed in to about 40. Anything under that looks like the far dark end is not usable. Still a great deal for any lens.
